UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE WINNERS FROM 1971

UEFA Europa League which was formerly known as UEFA Cup, is an annual football competition which was founded in the year 1971 by UEFA. Thirty-two club teams from Europe contests in the competition every year. Sevilla currently holds the record of seven titles and they are the current champions of the competition. Below is the list of club teams that won the title from 1971 and their runners-up.

SEVILLA (7 TITLES)

Sevilla has won seven of the UEFA Europa League titles and they are the current record holders of the most titles.

The first title was won in 2006 and Middlesbrough became the runners-up.

The second title was won in 2007 and Espanyol became the runners-up.

The third title was won in 2014 and Benfica became the runners-up.

The forth title was won in 2015 and Dnipro became the runners-up.

The fifth title was won in 2016 and Liverpool became the runners-up.
